Here's your fast muscle building workout Flat Dumbbell Chest Press Bent Over Dumbbell Row You'll perform 3 sets of 8 reps of each exercise and rest 45 seconds following each set. Next you'll move onto some leg exercises Barbell Squats Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlift If we want fast muscle building we have to hit our legs.
